Every production run begins with sourcing. We work exclusively with long staple Turkish cotton grown in the Aegean region, supplemented by organic cotton, bamboo, and linen for our specialty collections.
Each yarn batch is tested for strength, fineness, and color consistency before it reaches the weaving floor. For private label orders, we can match custom yarn counts and fiber blends to meet your brand specifications.
Our weaving floor combines traditional shuttle looms with modern jacquard machines, allowing us to produce both classic peshtemal and complex patterned fabrics under one roof.
Skilled operators monitor every loom throughout the shift, checking tension, pattern alignment, and weave density. This is where centuries of Denizli textile tradition become contemporary fabric.
Once woven, fabrics move to our confection department. Pieces are cut to precise dimensions, hemmed, and finished with our signature hand tied fringes, a detail that distinguishes an artisan peshtemal from a mass produced towel.
For bathrobes, kimonos, and duvet sets, experienced tailors assemble each piece with attention to seam strength and finishing quality.
Before any piece carries the Cotton Create name, it undergoes inline inspection. Our quality team checks weave density, color accuracy, dimensions, weight, and visual finish against your approved sample.
Items that do not meet standard are reworked or removed. This rigorous step is why our clients across 30+ countries trust us with repeat orders season after season.
This is where your brand enters the fabric. We offer woven labels, embroidered logos, printed tags, and custom hangtags, either to our spec or designed together with your team.
For private label clients, we handle everything from label sourcing to retail ready presentation, so what leaves our facility is ready for your store shelf or e commerce warehouse.
Final pieces are folded, packed in protective wrapping, and placed in reinforced export cartons. Custom packaging, gift boxes, or individual retail sleeves are available on request.
We prepare all export documentation in house, coordinate with freight forwarders, and load containers from our Denizli facility for delivery to ports across the EU, USA, GCC, and Asia Pacific.
